KAMEL M. AL HAWAJREH, PhD (Amman Arab University for Graduate Studies), I served as Chairperson of the Department of Management at Mutah University in Jordan. For one year, I was a Financial Manager with Honda company (Jordan) and Instructor of Management and Quantitative Methods at the University of Petra, Middle East, El issra, Amman Alahlia, Zarka Privte and Philadelphia . I interested in researching the Strategic decision making process, organization responses to external forces, participative management and organizational Behavior . I published in Int. J.
