I have been at Mu'tah University since 1988. I have a Master of Science from Oregon State University, Corvallis, Oregon, and a Ph.d in physical climatology and remote sensing from Arizona State University. I have been teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in physical climatology, remote sensing, research methods, quantitative analysis, GIS, hydrology, and climate change. I published more than 36 scientific papers in prestigious international journals in microclimatology, physical climatology, climate change, water resources and remote sensing. I am serving as an editorial member in The Arab World Geographer, the Jordan Journal of Social Sciences and an Associate Editor of International Journal of Climate Change strategies and Management. I also authored three books, introductory Physical Climatology, Climate Change in the Balance, and Introductory Physical Geography.."
