    " Rula Hani AlHalaseh is an Associate Professor in the Business Department, Mutah University-Jordan. Before joining Mutah, she was a Financial Manager Assistant and Internal Auditor at Italian Hospital-Karak. In September 2019, she was named the Dean's Assistant for students’ affairs and quality control of the Business School at Mutah University. She obtained her MBA from Mutah University/ Jordan, and PhD in Operations Research from University Malaysia Perlis (Unimap)/ Malaysia. Her main research interests focus on Financial Engineering, selecting and building optimal portfolios, Hedging strategies of the portfolio, Risk management, Financial Derivative Instruments, Virtuous Leadership, Organizational Excellence, and Business Environment and Ethics. Dr. Rula has published her scientific papers in peer-reviewed, indexed international journals. In addition, two scientific papers were presented in international conferences. She is currently working on two projects that explore the organizational isomorphism matter between two countries, and Social Responsible Investments and Performance. ."
