Saif-aldeen holds a BSc in business Administration in 2012 and MBA in 2014, both from Mu'tah University. He has an experience of working in operation management in the banking sector, also worked in the directorate of strategy and institutional development in the Jordanian customs. In 2016 he joined Aberdeen Business School as a full-time PhD student. His research interests broadly cover culture and organisational environment. ."
